What to expect from initial assessment?

On the initial visit we want to learn all about you and your injury. We will probably spend a good bit of time talking then we will want to look at your injury and see how you move.

Please wear loose clothing so that we can assess your injury properly.

By the end of the assessment you will have a clear idea of what your problem is and how we plan to move forward with your recovery.

What payments types do you take?

Currently we accept cash or bank transfer.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is parking in the driveway or on the road outside the house.

Do you take medical insurance?

Yes, Emma is recognised provider for Aviva, VitalityHealth and AXA Health. If you wish to come to Helen’s Bay Physiotherapy and we are not recognised with your insurance provider please contact us and we will do our best to help.
